The family opened its Independence shop in 2012. Nick Barile and Carlo Jr. own it today. They bought the shop from Nick Nero, who ran Nick's Barbershop for over 50 years.
Four barbers work this shop during the week: Nick, Courtney, Sarah and Carlo Jr. Carlo Jr. cuts here on Wednesdays and Saturdays and at the Broadview Heights shop on the other days.
The shop is open Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. It is closed Sunday and Monday. Call (216) 264-4098 with any question, or read the full family story, which goes back to 1969.
